Welcome to Manas Health membership scheme. By using the services provided by Manas Health, you agree to conform to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions govern both the operations of Manas Health and your participation as a customer, outlining the expectations from both parties.

Your engagement with Manas Health — both as a Social Business Organization providing Primary Healthcare & regular health monitoring services through registered medical professionals and reputed healthcare service provider organizations — and use of its services specifies your acceptance of these terms and conditions, in conjunction with the privacy policy.

Privacy Policy / Data Protection

Your information will be used for the following purposes:

• Managing, analyzing and improving our products and services
• Maintaining your account and providing necessary documents and statements
• Understanding your customer relationship status and purchasing behavior, to enhance our products and services
• Managing promotions, campaigns, customer surveys, and questionnaires related to Manas Health
• Communicating with you through SO/CN/appropriate channels with offers and information about products and services of interest

Information Sharing: Your information will be strictly used for Manas Health or any other business or partner organization of Manas Health.

The Services

• Manas Health provides a modern Social Business experience including Primary Healthcare & regular health monitoring services At Home, offering a range of services, products, and promotions.
• Manas Health reserves the right to modify or terminate any services or offerings without prior notice.

Membership Eligibility

• To become a member of Manas Health, applicants must complete and submit the application form and provide valid identification for verification purposes.
• Manas Health retains the absolute discretion to determine membership eligibility. Membership commences upon approval of the application.

Membership Terms

• Manas Health membership is non-transferable and can only be used by the person whose name is registered on the membership database.
• The membership card (Manas Health Card) is not a credit or debit card.
• The membership card, coupons, points, and vouchers cannot be transferred, bought, sold, or traded in any way.
• Manas Health reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
• Members are required to notify Manas Health immediately in case of a lost or stolen card or any change in personal information by visiting the nearest Manas Health branch.
• Proper identification documents will be required for card replacement.

Inactivity and Forfeiture

Each Manas Health member is expected to conduct one time renewal of his Health Card per year and at least quarterly one shopping transaction during a period of 12 (Twelve) months. Otherwise, Manas Health will be at its discretion to deactivate the membership and forfeit all/any points accumulated thereof.

Points

Point Redemption

• To redeem points, the cardholder must present their membership card to the respective SO/CN/nearest Manas Health Branch during the desired transaction.
• The cardholder must also endorse the redemption in the record book with his/her signature and be sure that the accurate amount is adjusted from the electronic invoice.

Transaction Updates

Manas Health adds or updates any transactions for point accumulation at a later time.

Point Accumulation

• Points can be earned on purchases of at least BDT 1000 in a single transaction. No points will be available for fractional amounts below this threshold.
• Earned points are valid for a period of one year from the date of acquisition. After one year, Manas Health, at its sole discretion, can forfeit all/any unused points.

Conversion Rate

The current conversion rate is BDT 1 for each earned privilege point. Manas Health reserves the right to change the conversion rate at any time.
